ABOUT ME
Hello there!
I am Mohammed Alamodi, a recent graduate of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from Alfaisal University. Currently, I am working as a medical intern.
I was born in Yemen, specifically in Hadramout, Mukalla Town, and I lived there until I completed my high school education at Mukalla Modern Secondary School (MMSS) from 2013 to 2016. Afterward, I applied for a scholarship through the Hadramout Foundation for Human Development in my hometown. Alhamdulillah, I was accepted to study Medicine (MBBS) at Alfaisal University in Saudi Arabia from 2018 to 2023.
Throughout my college years, I gained valuable experience in various areas and had the privilege of meeting exceptional friends and colleagues whom I am grateful to have known. I focused on research, volunteering, memberships, leadership, and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, I delved into other subjects in great detail, such as app and web designing, advertising, business development, and outsourcing. Although these topics may not be directly related to medicine, I found them challenging and enjoyable to explore and gain experience in.
InshaAllah, I am planning to pursue my orthopedic residency in the UK by 2024.

During my time in college, I had the opportunity to participate in several research experiences, including:
- Summer Enrichment Program (Basic Research Skills & Personal Development) in Riyadh – Kuala Lumpur (2018).
- Meta-analysis and Systematic review [Summer 2020].
- Alfaisal Medical Research Course – AMRC (Feb/2020).
Furthermore, I actively participated in the following research projects:
- Intentions of the General Population towards COVID-19 Vaccination in the United States.
- Mycosis Fungoides case report with Dr. Shoaib Khan – Family Medicine at KFSH&RC – Riyadh KSA.
- Bell’s Palsy Characteristics, Clinical Manifestations, Complications, and Prognosis in a Family Medicine Setting at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre; A Single Center Study: A Retrospective Cohort Study.
